Refund policy

If the purchased goods is not not suitable to you for some reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days and get 100% refund 

TestYourWill works hard to ensure that all our goods are high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately. We accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 30 days after an order has been made for any of the following reasons (with visual confirmation): The product itself is flawed; quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign. If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact us at info@testyourwill.com

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@testyourwill.com.
