When will you ship my item(s)?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 10 minutes we suggest checking your junk and spam folders!
If you haven't received an email from us and are unsure if your order went through, submit a request.
- Our orders are shipped within 5- 25 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less.
Shipping time depends on your location:
USA: 4-25 business days
Canada: 5-25 business days
International: 10-25 business days
- You will be notified via email when your item(s) have been shipped.
How can I track my order?
- After your order is shipped you will be notified via email and provided a tracking number for your package. It should take approximately 48 business hours for the tracking number to be available and activated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can do that by sending us an email within 24-hours from when the order is submitted.
What if I receive a damaged or the wrong item?
- If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.
What are your return and exchange policy?
- If there is an issue with the product, we will replace & reship the product at no additional charge or refund the purchase. We require visual confirmation (photo) to confirm the issue.
If the customer is not satisfied, and there is no physical issue with the product, we do not offer refunds, returns, re-ships or exchanges.

Do you charge for customs, taxes, vat or any other fees?
- We charge the purchase price and shipping rate. We do not collect any payment for customs, taxes, VAT, currency conversion rates, or any other fees, and cannot reimburse any extra charges.
- Customs: We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you have any doubts or questions about whether or not your item will be permitted into your country.
- VAT: We do not charge for Value-Added Tax and cannot cover any charges which your country may add.
Does Test Your Will donate to charity?
- Yes, we do! Once every year we donate 5% of our net profits from all sales to The donation environment and the Good Deed Foundation. Let's take care of our planet and people living around us together.
